With over a decade of experience in addiction recovery and brain-based wellness, I've worked with individuals across a wide range of challenges and have taught at state-wide conferences on restoring healthy brain function and neurotransmitter balance.

I also serve as part of the clinical team at Chateau Recovery, where we work with individuals navigating complex trauma and mental health challenges in a residential setting.

​

This combination of clinical depth and performance-focused work allows me to support both healing and optimization -- meeting people wherever they are in their process.

This isn't just professional -- it's personal.

After experiencing four documented concussions in my athletic career, I struggled with ongoing cognitive and neurological challenges.  I explored every available natural approach, searching for the answers.

 

It was neurofeedback that created a meaningful shift. 

 

Not forcing change -- but by allowing my brain to reorganize itself in a way that restored clarity, stability, and performance.  That experience is what led me to bring NeurOptimal® neurofeedback to this community.

In my personal life, I'm a mother of four and a former All-American and professional soccer player.  I am also active in my community as an advocate of natural birth (my favorite life experience!!) and the RIE parenting method.
